RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns and exchanges for products purchased on JOYCOLORS shall be subject to the following principles:

The customer has the right of withdrawal, by which it can proceed with the return of the order. This right may be exercised within 15 (fifteen) working days from receipt of order. In case of a return, the Customer has the obligation to return the product in perfect condition, with original packaging and intact labeling, conventionally packaged in its original box and properly protected. The returned product must be in the same condition it was received by the Customer, and the package should have included the invoice (in case you don’t have the invoice, you should print the email confirmation received when making your purchase).

JOYCOLORS shall proceed with the refund paid, once we have received the returned product and have established a good status. The refund will be made within a period of 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date on which we are informed of the customer’s decision to withdraw. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods in our warehouse. All refunds will be made using the same method of payment used in the purchase. If the return or exchange is due to an error as far as shipping is concerned, JOYCOLORS will send package removed where it was received. In this case, JOYCOLORS will take care of all expenses incurred subsequent the return rear such as the shipping cost of the correct order in the case of the exchange. However, we do not allow refunds or exchanges in underwear, swimwear and all related to these, except for defective items.


HOW CAN I EXCHANGE OR RETURN AN ITEM FASTER?

For exchanges or returns, the first thing to do is to fill in the form.

RETURN PERIOD TERM

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can proceed to exchange or return one or more items in their original condition, always within a maximum period of fifteen (15 ) working days from receipt of the package.

Item must be returned in perfect condition, with original packaging and intact labeling, conveniently packaged in its original box and properly protected. The returned product must be in the same condition it was received.


COST OF RETURN

JOYCOLORS is not responsible for the costs of the return (except if it is our error or in the case of tare), but we will help to manage it at all times. You must return the garment to our address (*) through the courier service of your choice. Once the package arrives at our headquarters we will proceed to make the refund of the amount.

CHANGES OF SIZE AND COLOR:

If you want a change in size, color or alternative items, you will have to make a new order.

We accept all returns for exchange which must be in your original box or bag. In the unlikely event that an item is returned in an inappropriate condition, the amount will not be returned

REFUNDS

RETURNS:

What is the deadline to make a return? The deadline for any refund is 15 working days from the shipping confirmation email.

How will I receive my refund? Once approved the return, you will receive the amount in the same way you made your purchase or by transfer.

When will I receive my refund? After approving the return (items must be in perfect condition and have all internal labels), you will receive a confirmation email telling you that the amount is credited to your account within days. Remember that the payment to the credit card always depends on your bank.

How should I do if my refund is incorrect? By contacting our sales department, we will solve the problem as soon as possible. joycolorsco.com reserves the right to refuse returns communicated or sent after the deadline or items that are not in the same condition they were received.
